My friend Christy and I took Lauren and Sydney to see Sesame Street Live last night. The girls danced, smiled, laughed, clapped and ate tons of cotton candy and popcorn. At the end of the night the girls had partied hard and were ready for bed...
Our Nana Weimer has come to visit us for the Easter weekend. Today we decided to take Nana to the Tulip Festival in Woodburn Oregon. It is one of my favorite things to do in the spring, especially because my favorite flowers are tulips. It was very muddy, rainy and cold, but the flowers were beautiful and the kids had such a good time.
This week has been the girls spring break and I have planned a fun adventure for each day. We have gone to beach, movies, wonderland and Pietros just to name a few activities. We let the girls pick what they wanted to do for a couple of days and of course it involved going to the Great Wolf Lodge. So we spent a couple of days at the water park (not my favorite thing to do) but the girls loved it...
Once again we made our annual trip to the Sauvie Island Pumpkin Patch w/ our family and Grandma and Grandpa Cummings. We also brought little cousin Madden, because his mother (Monica) just had little baby Stella! It was cold, but luckily there was no rain. The girls posed for many pictures, rode the hayride to the patch and picked out pumpkins. We all had a fun time together laughing, eating and yes taking more pictures...
This year for spring break the girls wanted to go to the Great Wolf Lodge in Washington. If you have seen the commercials on tv I am sure that you have that lovely catchy tune playing in your head right now. The girls sang it all the way while we were driving to the lodge! Anyways the lodge is now their favorite place in the world! We all had fun swimming and playing at the lodge and in the waterpark.
Our latest additon to our family is Lauren Margaret Weimer born on June 3rd 2008. She weighed 8lb 11oz and was 21in long. She is such a good baby and her sisters just adore her!
Maddy is now 7 years old and has just finished swimming lessons. She loves school and is going to be in the 2nd grade in September. She enjoys playing soccer, softball and basketball. She is a wonderful big sister!
Emma is our little miss. She always is in high fashion w/ lip gloss, purses and jewelry on. She wears flip flops every day and has to run everywhere in them. She is 3 years old now and is very busy!
